USA Shipping

We're excited to offer flat-rate shipping for $6.50 and FREE shipping for qualifying orders of $50 and up. Free shipping applies to orders shipped via ground shipping and totaling $50+ after applicable discounts and before shipping, handling and taxes are added. Orders shipped via ground shipping will be shipped by USPS.

Shipping charges are per address. Qualifying orders totaling $50+ and including shipments to multiple addresses will receive free shipping.

*Overnight orders must be submitted Monday through Thursday by 11am Pacific Time (PT). FedEx orders placed on Thursday after 11am PT through Friday 11am PT will arrive on Monday. USPS orders placed on Friday after 11am PT and over the weekend will arrive on Tuesday. We do not offer overnight delivery to Alaska, Hawaii or P.O. Boxes. For shipments to Guam, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Alaska, Hawaii or APO/FPO addresses, our standard is Priority Mail through the United States Postal Service.

Note: Please allow up to two additional weeks for delivery of all monogrammed and personalized orders. Express shipping rates vary based on quantity purchased.

International Shipping

We currently offer shipping to REST OF WORLD. Shipping rates vary based on quantity purchased. If taxes and duties are placed on your package by officials, the fees will be your responsibility.

Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with our product.  Defective or unwashed, unworn and unused merchandise may be returned within 30 days after purchase for either exchange or refund.  Returned or exchanged items must be returned new and unused with all original garment tags still attached.  Shipping charges for 2nd Day and/or Next Day are only refunded in the event we inadvertently sent the wrong item(s) or the item(s) sent are found to be defective. We will gladly exchange like items and ship to you at no additional charge (applicable in the US only, one time per order/item. You may request a second exchange on any order; however, shipping will be assessed on completion of your new exchange order.). All sales on CLEARANCE are final with NO EXCHANGES OR RETURNS! For Hawaii, Alaska, and International returns & exchanges, unfortunately we cannot refund duties, taxes or shipping charges. If you choose to return your product after the 30-day period, a 25% restocking fee will apply and you will be responsible for shipping. No product returns are accepted after 1 year from the date of purchase.

In an effort to be environmental friendly, a prepaid shipping return label won’t be included in your shipping package, but it will be provided upon your request.  Simply email to support@vibesbase.com, and we will get your label ready within 24 hours. Exchanged merchandise is shipped ground service at no additional shipping charge.

How to Ship a Return or Exchange

Pack and seal your box securely in the original package, if possible. To ensure your return/exchange is properly processed, please include the fully completed return form with your return package. Contact us at support@vibesbase.com for a return/exchange form.

RETURN OR EXCHANGE INSTRUCTIONS USING A PREPAID RETURN LABEL:

  • This service is only available for the 48 contiguous United States.
  • Please fill out reason for the return or exchange and place this entire form in the box.
  • Take your package to any authorized FedEx location

RETURN OR EXCHANGE INSTRUCTIONS WITHOUT USING A PREPAID RETURN LABEL:

  • You can also send the merchandise back to us using any other traceable shipping method, at your expense.
  • Complete the return/exchange form on the back of the invoice and place this entire form in the box. Contact us at support@vibesbase.com for a return/exchange form.
  • Pack and seal your box securely, in the original package if possible.

REFUNDS TO CREDIT CARD

Once your package has been received, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 business days. If there is a refund due, a credit will be issued in the original form of payment.

The credit may not show up until your credit card’s next monthly billing cycle. You will be notified via email to the email address listed on your order when the transaction has taken place. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us.
